In 2100 arti cial Intelligence (AI) becomes an integral part of the society of 2100. These changes carry a magni cent impact not only on humanity and its role in society operated by AI, but the lifestyle, habitat and needs that shapes the environmental conditions we live in. 2100 challenges us to adopt to new extreme environmental con ditions such as ocean level rise and intensity of hurricanes that exceeds CAT V. Project designed in advance to prepare the building to be ready to face with upcoming aggressive site conditions chang es and being able to resist new level of upcoming hurricanes to which it is currently exposed to. The building in the region of its located will be tested, therefore the biggest accent during its design process was made on a structure. The structure of the building was inspired by the skeleton of the snake, speci cally “COBRA”, which is the only type of all existing snakes that can stand tall among other similar species. It served as an inspiration for the structural skeleton of high rise and form of the building overall. Integrating AI into design process helped to optimize bene cially the usage of spaces, design the structure with help of BIM, design building envelop with use of Grasshopper and to run test the building in multiple site anal ysis software’s such as AUTODESK softwares such Revit, CFD, GBS, Insigh 360 and Fusion 360. . The goal is cut o the building from the city and make it sustainable and independent from MEP of Miami, operated by natural sources of energy and politics such as recycling
